Victor Rivas Victor Rivas, a Lifetime Member of PMOPA, is a CFI (ASEL/AMEL), commercial-rated pilot and FAA Certified Aircraft Dispatcher. His previous career was as a managing partner/owner of a NASDAQ broker/dealer and currently a general partner/owner of an investment fund. He resides on Long Island with his family and enjoys skiing with them in Vermont.
