PMOPA members and their companions receive discounted pricing for the PMOPA Convention & Fly-in. If you are not a current member of PMOPA, please join today or via the Convention registration form to receive member pricing. Save $300 on the registration fee! PMOPA encourages members to register early to save money on the registration fee; there are two early-bird pricing discount windows available. Registration includes access to Convention education sessions, exhibits, and all scheduled meal functions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Additional fees apply for optional activities, including golf and companion tours.

NEW COMPANION REGISTRATION OPTION FOR 2026

Two options are available for companion registration this year:

1) Full Convention Registration - includes full convention access, including all scheduled meal functions and social events and educational content

2) Social Registration - includes the Thursday evening Welcome Reception, Friday evening Reception in the Exhibit Hall, Saturday evening Gala and the dedicated companion introductory and advanced training programs. No other meals or education sessions are included in this registration option.

Additional fees applies for companions who wish to participate in Golf or the special companion excursions/activities. 
Companions include your spouse or significant other -- not a co-worker, airplane partner or another guest.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The PMOPA Board of Directors has implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation submitted in writing by: 
  • August 6, 2026 - 90% refund
  • September 10, 2026 - 50% refund
  • September 24, 2026 - no refund
  • No show, or cancellation not submitted in writing - no refund
This policy is in effect because PMOPA incurs costs for the event even if a registrant cancels or does not attend. Please contact PMOPA's Membership Services via email ([email protected]) to cancel your registration. Thank you.
