Cancellation & Refund Policy

PMOPA reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership. If PMOPA refuses a new or renewing membership, the member will be offered a refund.

Membership Cancellation Policy - Membership cancellations received within 15 days of original registration will be eligible to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the register member or credit card holder. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Auto-Renewing Memberships - If your membership is an auto-renewing one and you wish to cancel before the renewal date, simply open up a ticket before the scheduled auto-renewal date Contacting Us. If for some reason you forget and did not intend for a renewal to occur, contact us within 15 days of that auto-renewal and under most circumstances we will grant a full refund of the renewal amount.
